Payment & Insurance Info
We are able to file claims for all dental insurance companies.
We will attempt to verify your insurance coverage at your initial appointment, and then estimate any co-pay amount that you are responsible for.
Patients with dental insurance will be asked to make a down payment of 25% of their total charges at the time of surgery. If your insurance can be verified at your appointment then only your co-payment amount will be collected.
For patients without dental insurance you might be asked for 50% down payment at the time of service and the other half can be paid over the next 3 months with no finance charge (if the total is paid within the 3 months).
We offer a cash discount when you pay with cash or check.

Dr. Plant has always taken pride in keeping his services affordable, and his fees are often well below the average rates in our area. We offer in-office payment options to fit your budget and are able to give reliable quotes for the cost of surgery at the time you make your appointment. We work with most insurance plans and our insurance specialist will bill your insurance company and assist you with any questions you may have regarding your claim.
